Our standard MOQ for production orders is 30 units per color and leather combination. Samples start from a single unit. For emerging brands testing a first collection, we can discuss reduced minimums on a case-by-case basis.
A first sample is typically ready within 3–4 weeks from brief approval. This includes pattern development, material sourcing, and assembly in our Florence atelier.
No. Pricing is quoted per project because it depends on leather type, hardware complexity, finishing, and order volume. We provide detailed quotes after reviewing your brief.
Both. A detailed tech pack accelerates the process, but we regularly develop products from hand sketches, reference photos, or even written descriptions. Our pattern-making team translates your vision into production-ready specifications.
Full-grain calf, vegetable-tanned, Saffiano, suede, nubuck, and specialty finishes. We source primarily from tanneries in the Santa Croce sull'Arno district in Tuscany.
Our atelier is at Via dei Conciatori 14, 50122 Florence, Italy — in the Oltrarno district. Showroom visits are available by appointment.
No. Most of our clients work with us remotely — by email, video call, and shipped samples. A showroom visit is welcome but never required.
Yes. Every model in our design library is available for private-label branding — including hot stamp, blind emboss, foil print, and custom metal plaques.
We sign NDAs before development begins. Your designs, patterns, and specifications remain your intellectual property. We never reproduce, display, or reference client work without written authorization.
Yes. A significant part of our work is with designers and brands launching their first leather-goods collection. We guide the process from concept to delivery.
Production typically takes 6–10 weeks after sample approval, depending on complexity and volume. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.
Yes — wallets, card holders, pouches, key cases, and other small leather goods alongside bags.
Yes. Design, pattern-making, cutting, assembly, edge finishing, quality control, and packaging are all performed in Italy, in compliance with Article 16 of Italian Law 166/2009.
Brass, palladium, antique gold, and gunmetal as standard. Custom finishes and logo-engraved hardware are available at production quantities.
