FRAYDA is a Florence atelier built by people who have spent years making leather goods — not building brands, not raising funding, not writing mission statements. Making leather goods.

Before this studio existed, our team produced collections for established Italian leather-goods brands — managing cutting, preparation, assembly, finishing, and quality control for bags carried in boutiques across Europe, Asia, and North America. Work you may already own without knowing it.

We started FRAYDA because the brands we admire most — independent designers, concept stores, emerging luxury labels — often struggle to access Florentine production. Most ateliers serve only large fashion houses. Most wholesalers sell mass-produced bags with Italian zip codes. We wanted to open a third door.

FRAYDA is that door. A small, direct production partner in Florence for brands that want Italian manufacturing with the attention of a design studio and the honesty of a workshop.
